BARBECUED CHICKEN IN FOIL 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken, cut up
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Combine all ingredients except chicken parts. Dip chicken parts in the sauce and arrange in a single layer on aluminum foil. Spoon remaining sauce over chicken. Seal the foil tightly and place in pan. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
