SESAME CHICKEN 
3/4 c. apricot preserves
1/3 c. white vinegar
3 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. sesame seeds
2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
About 2 chickens (or pieces of your choice)

Mix apricot preserves, vinegar, onion, and garlic powder. Mix sesame seeds and cornflake crumbs. Dip chicken in apricot mixture, then crumbs (press firmly).

Brush shallow baking pan with melted butter. Place chicken in single layer. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake in 350 degree oven about 40 minutes or until brown and crusty.
