APPLE CORN BREAD 
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. corn meal
2/3 c. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
Milk
1 can apple filling
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together the sugar, flour, eggs, corn meal, oil, baking powder and enough milk to make it like a cake batter. Pour into a greased and floured pan. Take 1 can apple filling with 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan until done. You may use another type fruit filling and omit the cinnamon. Yields 8 servings.
