CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1 pkg. long grain rice
2 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. diced onion
2 c. diced carrots
1/2 tsp. pepper

Put a large head of cabbage in water and boil. Leaves will loosen, don't cook until completely done. Remove hard core area on leaf.

Mix all above ingredients together. Fill one cabbage leaf with 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat mixture, roll into log. Layer in a roaster. Pour 1 small can tomato soup and 1 medium can tomato juice over top. Ketchup can also be poured over top. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours until meat is done and all the cabbage is tender.
