1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
1 chopped onion
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Mix well and bake in 10 inch iron skillet at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
