QUICK - EASY BAR - B - QUES 
1 lb. (80%) lean hamburger
1 med. onion, cut fine
1 can chicken gumbo soup
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tbsp. mustard

Brown hamburger and onion; add catsup and mustard. Add can chicken gumbo soup (DO NOT dilute). Taste before salting as soup is salty. Cook slowly for 1/2 hour. Stir often. Serve hot on toasted buns or plain. Yield 8 servings.
