CABBAGE WALDORF SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 lg. or 2 sm. red apple, do not peel
Walnuts to taste
Salad dressing
Raisins to taste

Shred cabbage, 1/4-1/2. Core apple, do not peel, cut in pieces. Walnut pieces. Drain well pineapple. Raisins white to taste. Toss all of above with salad dressing to moisten.
