HAM & EGG SANDWICHES 
1 1/2 c. finely chopped ham
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. capers, optional
1 tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 eggs, hard-cooked, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine ham, celery, capers, onions, eggs and salad dressing; mix well. Separate dough into 4 rectangles, firmly press perforations to seal.

On greased cookie sheet press or roll each rectangle to form 6 x 5 inch rectangles. Place rounded 1/2 cup meat mixture in center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of rectangle to top center of filling and twist firmly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter. Makes 4 sandwiches.
