SHERRY BEEF OVER NOODLES 
3 lbs. stewing beef
3/4 c. sherry cooking wine
1 tbsp. soy sauce (I use light soy)
1 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
2 cans golden mushroom soup

Stewing beef can be used, but bottom round is better. Cube.

Mix soup and wine and heat to warm, then pour over uncooked beef. Cook 3 hours at 325 degrees in covered casserole. Serve over cooked noodles or rice. Can be made ahead of time and reheated slowly on conventional range, or on 50 power microwave until heated through. Serves 4-6 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
