ALMOND RUSKS | |
1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. ground almonds 2 c. flour Mix. Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool, cut in 1/2 inch slices. Lay on cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees until brown. Turn over and bake other side. |
