HOT WATER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Put butter and sugar in a bowl. Pour boiling water over butter and sugar. Let set while combining flour mixture. Blend dry ingredients. Add 2 beaten eggs. Add vanilla. Mix well. Batter will be very thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Turned out amazing, however the cook time is 15-20 minutes longer if you use a Bundt pan.
