KALE 
1. Take 10 strips bacon and 3 large onions. Cut up bacon and fry. Using bacon fat, fry onions separately.

2. Meantime, boil kale (2 frozen boxes or 1 cellophane bag; chop kale if fresh).

3. Cook 2 packages of instant oatmeal or 1 cup regular oatmeal.

4. Mix all ingredients. Place in casserole and bake in oven until heated through.

This is my Great Grandmother's recipe and is delicious with ham.
