SCALLOPS ORIENTAL 
2 lbs. fresh or frozen scallops
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
Lemon wedges

Preheat broiler for 5 minutes. Rinse fresh scallops in cold water or thaw frozen scallops. Place in a baking pan.

In a saucepan combine honey, mustard, curry powder and lemon juice. Brush scallops with the sauce. Broil 4 inches from flame for 5-8 minutes or until browned. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Serve with rice pilaf and a garden or spinach salad. Serves 8 people.
