SNICKERDOODLES 
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. (1 1/2 stick) butter, at room temperature
1/3 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
2 tbsp. sour cream
3/4 c. raisins

TOPPING:

1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, baking soda and nutmeg in a medium size bowl. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and sour cream. Mix on medium speed for one minute. Gradually add flour and mix well. Add raisins, mix in evenly. Drop on cookie sheets using a rounded tablespoon, placing them about 1 inch apart. Mix topping and sprinkle a pinch over each cookie. Bake until cookies are golden brown on the edges, about 10 minutes.
