NON CHOLESTEROL EGG SANDWICH | |
3 egg whites 1 morning star breakfast patty (found in freezer case) Thaw patty enough to chip up in the egg whites. Add salt and pepper to taste. Beat together and pour into lightly oiled skillet on low heat. When cooked enough to cut into 4 pieces, turn and cook a few seconds on other side. Put into 2 slices of bread or bun (2 sandwiches). The Morning Start frozen breakfast strips can be used in place of the patty. Cook 2 breakfast strips and either crumble in egg whites or place on bread along with the egg. |
