GOO-RHU-PIE 
Pastry for 2 crust (10 inch) pie (unbaked)
2 c. gooseberries
1 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. tapioca
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

Combine gooseberries, rhubarb, sugar, orange peel and tapioca. Pour mixture into pastry lined pan. Dot with butter, arrange top crust. Bake 1 hour or until bubble at 350 degrees.

You may reverse the proportions of rhubarb to gooseberries and call it Rhu-Goo- Pie.
