SALPICON (MEXICO) 
1/4 head lettuce, cut into long strips
1 tsp. food savoring
2 c. shredded chicken
1 canned jalapeno pepper
1 avocado, cut into squares

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. It's ready to serve with rice and tomato or vegetable salad. Note: If you are not eating it within an hour sprinkle lemon juice over to prevent darkening. Preparation time: 5 to 10 minutes.
