ZESTY CORN STUFFING BALLS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. butter
1 (17 oz.) can cream corn
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 (8 oz.) bag stuffing bread
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix together and form into balls. Place in pan in which 1/2 cup butter has been melted. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
