ACAPULCO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned & seasoned
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 clove garlic or garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
6 corn tortillas
1 can creamed corn
1 can Bush's hot beans
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded cheddar

Mix everything but tortillas and cheese. Layer tortillas and meat mixture in 2 quart casserole dish (greased), about 3 layers each. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
