TAMALE PIE 
1 bag sm. XLNT tamales (in deli section)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion
1 bunch green onions
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can sliced olives
1 sm. can kernel corn
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Chop onion and brown slightly in oil. Add ground beef and brown until slightly cooked. Drain. Add tomato sauce and heat through. Layer browned meat, sliced tamales, corn and half the cheese in a 9x14 inch lasagna pan. Top with chopped green onions, olives and remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

For a spicier dish, use picante sauce instead of tomato sauce. Serve with a green salad and tortilla chips.
