1 (12 oz.) pkg. smoked link sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 (15 oz.) jar applesauce
1 tbsp. caraway seed
1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion

Broil sausage pieces until evenly browned. Combine with applesauce, caraway seed, and onion. Put into a 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 250 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with wooden picks. About 32 appetizers.
