CRACKER CAKE | |
32 saltine crackers, crushed 2 c. sugar 2 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. cream of tartar 6 egg whites 1 lg. can crushed pineapples 1 can angel flake coconut 2 env. Dream Whip Mix crushed cracker crumbs, sugar and nuts. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar and beat again. Fold into crumb mixture. Press into greased 11 x 14 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Cool. Mix Dream Whip as directed. Spread thin layer of drained crushed pineapples, then a layer of coconut. Repeat layers until mixture is used. Refrigerate and serve. |
