GARLIC SALAD DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash white pepper
2 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
2 clove garlic, minced

Combine salad oil, lemon juice and vinegar in a bottle or jar. Add onion, salt, Worcestershire, white pepper, hot pepper sauce and garlic; cover tightly. Let stand at least 6 to 8 hours for flavors to blend. Shake dressing well before using. Serve over crisp green salad.
