1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 box Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt together first 3 ingredients and pour over box of Crispix cereal. Put half of cereal mixture in a large grocery bag with 1 cup powdered sugar and shake well. Add rest of cereal mixture into bag with the remaining powdered sugar and shake well. Store in airtight container otherwise it may get soft.
