STRAWBERRY CRUNCHIES 
1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
10 tsp. strawberry preserves

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate biscuits. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Dip both sides of biscuits into beaten eggs, then into melted butter, then into sugar mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. With thumb, make a deep indentation in center of biscuit and fill with 1 teaspoon of preserves. Bake 15 minutes or until brown. Serve warm.
