CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
8 split boned chicken breast
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 c. water
1/2 bag herb seasoned stuffing, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

Arrange chicken in slightly greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Top with cheese. Combine soup and water; stir well. Spoon soup evenly over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over crumbs. Bake, uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
