QUICK CHILI 
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
2 cans kidney beans and juice
salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef and onion slowly, then drain. Add other ingredients and mix well. Simmer on stove for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with crackers or hot rolls.
