TURKEY WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. curry powder
4 c. cooked chicken, turkey or ham
1/3 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cooked UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain and Wild Rice

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes. Stir before serving. Garnish with parsley.
