IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp.. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic crushed
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

1 chicken cut up, skin removed

Dip chicken in melted butter, then in crumb mixture. Place in shallow roasting pan (9 x 13 cake pan). Don't overlap and don't turn while baking. Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour or until tender at 350 degrees.
