HAMBURG CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced celery
1/2 onion
1 lb. hamburg
1 lg. can Chinese noodles
1 (#2) can bean sprouts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown hamburg, celery and onions. Drain juice, add bean sprouts, soups and bake in uncovered dish, at 250 degrees until bubbly. Top with noodles.
