SOUPER HAMBURGS | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger, salt to taste 1 onion, sliced 1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup Make hamburger into pattys. Brown hamburgers on both sides. Slice onions on top, pour soup over diluted with 1/2 can of water. Bring to a boil, simmer for about an hour. Serve with mashed potatoes and use juice as gravy. |
