VINCENT'S SOUP 
1 c. brown rice
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. onion
1 c. carrots
1 c. broccoli
3 c. beef broth
1 can pinto beans

Cook rice. Brown meat and add taco seasoning. Steam carrots, broccoli and onions. Drain beans. Mix all ingredients together. Heat and serve over tortilla chips.

Add cheese and sour cream if desired.
