WHOLE WHEAT YOGURT MUFFINS 
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. whole-wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oats (quick or old-fashioned)
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. plain yogurt

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oats. Make a well in the center. Combine egg, oil, vanilla, milk and yogurt; add all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Lightly grease muffin pan; do not use paper cups.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden.

Makes 8 to 10 muffins.
