TACO SNACK TREAT 
1 sm. roll spicy or hot Jimmy Dean sausage
1 bag round unsalted corn tortilla chips
1 sm. can red salsa
1 sm. block grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 sm. can green chopped chilies

Fry sausage and drain. Add salsa to sausage and let simmer a few minutes; drain excess juices. Place chips on a cookie sheet and layer with small amounts of chilies, sausage and grated cheese. Place cookie sheet in warm oven until cheese melts then serve.
