OREO CAKE 
1 pkg. oreo cookies
3/4 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
large cool whip
large chocolate instant pudding

Crush cookies into crumbs and reserve 1/2 cup for the top. Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar mix well. Fold in 1/2 of cool whip and spread over crumbs. Chill 20 minutes. Prepare chocolate pudding with 2 1/4 cups milk until its thick and spread over mixture and over the top. Should be chilled 8 hours or overnight.
