OREO CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies

Crumble and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Save 1/2 cup crumbs for top of cake. Pour 1 cup melted butter over crumbs - put in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (6 oz.) cream cheese

Beat with fork until smooth. Add: 8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix well, pour over crumbs.

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Prepare pudding according to package. Pour over cream cheese mixture, refrigerate 1 hour. Top with 8 ounce Cool Whip. Sprinkle crumbs over this.
