2 c. apple juice
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3 cinnamon sticks
1 c. honey

Combine all but honey. Bring to boil 10 minutes. Heat ham 1 hour. Baste with sauce 20 minutes and then drizzle honey over and bake about 10 minutes. You can double it for whole ham.
