CUCUMBER SALAD 
12 c. cucumbers, sliced with skins on
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
3 c. granulated sugar
2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. salt

Mix vinegar and sugar until dissolved, then add other ingredients. This is a large recipe, so it can be cut in half or less. Refrigerate at least 12 hours to marinate. Also can be frozen.
