LAYERED JELLO SALAD 
LAYER ONE:

1 box lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
2 bananas
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve jello with boiling water; cool and add sliced bananas, pineapple. Add layer of miniature marshmallows on top.

LAYER TWO:

1 c. juice from pineapple (add water to make 1 c. if necessary)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
Dash of salt

Combine all ingredients and cook until thick; cool slightly and pour on top of Layer One. Cool.

LAYER THREE:

1 c. whipping cream, whipped but not sweetened
Grated cheddar cheese

Spread whipped cream on first 2 layers. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Chill in refrigerator until set.
