VENISON AND RICE 
1 lb. ground venison
1 onion, cut up
1 green pepper, cut up
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 can chicken stock
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown venison with onion and green pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add 1 cup uncooked rice and 1 can chicken stock. Cover and cook at least one hour on very low heat (top of stove).

Variation: Add can of stewed tomatoes toward the end of cooking.
