WILD RICE SOUP 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. onion
2 c. flour
4 qts. chick broth
10 c. cooked wild rice
2 tsp. salt
2 qts. half & half
2 2/3 c. diced ham
2 2/3 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds

Cream butter, onion, and flour. Add other ingredients. Add milk to each individual bowl as serving.
