ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. all spice

3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. finely shredded carrots
3 c. chopped zucchini
2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil

Blend thoroughly. Makes 5 small loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
