CARROT-RAISIN BREAD 
2/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour (sifted)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrots (zucchini)
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, sugar, beat in eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and cool.
