GUMBO 
3 lbs. okra
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
4 med. onions, chopped
1 lg. can tomato
4 c. water
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled
1 pt. oysters
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. diced ham
3/4 c. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. rice

Add hot sauce if you like. Add creole gumbo file. Add flour for thickening. Mix and cook.
