POTATO AND ONION BAKE 
4 lg. baking potatoes, peeled
2 med. onions
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese or Cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Slice potatoes and onions onto a 24x18 inch sheet of buttered heavy foil. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper; mix lightly on foil. Slice 2 tablespoons butter over all. Seal with double fold. Place on grill; cook over slow coals until vegetables are tender, 50-55 minutes, turning often. Makes 6 servings.
