BRICKLE COOKIES | |
1 c. brown sugar 2 sticks butter 12 oz. chocolate chips 3/4 c. sliced almonds 1 stack saltine crackers Boil brown sugar and butter 5-7 minutes or until thick. Place 1 layer of saltines in buttered jelly roll pan. Pour sugar-butter mixture over saltines. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle on chocolate chips. Smooth when melted. Sprinkle on almonds and place in refrigerator until hard. Cut into small pieces. |
