EASY COLE SLAW 
This is very easy to make and can be made a day ahead. It's a great dish for a barbecue either in additional to or instead of potato salad.

1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1 sm. red onion
2 carrots
1 bottle cole slaw dressing

1. Chop or shred cabbage into large bowl. Chop onion finely and grate carrots. Mix together in bowl.

2. Add dressing and mix to coat well. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

3. Stir before serving. Serves 6-8 people.
