1 (8 qt) box powdered milk
1 lb. quick chocolate milk powder
6 oz. non-dairy coffee creamer
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. To serve, pour 1/3 c. mix into a cup of hot water.
