2 c. strawberries, whole or sliced 2 c. peaches, sliced 2 c. blueberries 1 c. pineapple chunks (canned plus juice) 2 firm bananas, sliced 2 c. cherries 2 c. pears (canned slices) 1 (5 or 6 oz.) can frozen orange juice 1 c. orange slices Combine all fruits in large fruit or punch bowl and pour UNDILUTED thawed orange juice over all. Stir gently to coat each piece of fruit to prevent discoloring. Will keep in refrigerator for two days. You may substitute any fruits and adjust the quantity to serve your guests! Use sweetened or unsweetened fruits. |
