1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. water
6 tbsp. corn starch
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 c. fresh strawberries (or two small pkgs. frozen strawberries)

Mix all ingredients, except strawberries, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over strawberries. (IF frozen berries are used, drain juice). Mix well, stirring with spoon. Pour in two baked pie shells. Chill for several hours. Serve with cool whip or whipped cream.
